Who We Are

A cultural bridge with international purpose

ECECA Global Outreach is headquartered in New York City, with active branches in Barbados and Senegal, West Africa. Operating across three continents, ECECA serves as a dynamic platform for cultural diplomacy, creative exchange, and diasporic connection.

For decades, educational and cultural exchange initiatives between Africa, the Caribbean, and the United States have played a vital role in bridging historical divides. ECECA builds on this legacy by creating meaningful programmes that reconnect communities across the African diaspora.

To strengthen and illuminate the cultural connections between Africa, the Caribbean, and the United States through innovative education, international artistic collaboration, and curated cultural experiences.

We engage artists, scholars, students, entrepreneurs and communities across the African Diaspora to deepen understanding of shared histories and identities. Through this work, we foster dialogue, spark collaboration, and create transformative opportunities that preserve heritage while shaping new narratives for the future.
